Posters must be freestanding, with maximum dimensions of 4'x4’. A table will be provided for your poster.
Consider using clips to attach your poster to a tri-fold board or attach your poster to a foam board with an easel on back. Stick-on cardboard easels can be purchased at office supply stores. You can even make something similar with cardboard or foam board and tape.
Be prepared for friendly questions about your research.
Consult your faculty sponsor for guidance on assembling a poster.

You will have 15 minutes to present your work and take questions.
Please bring your slides on a flash drive. We also recommend you provide yourself backup access to your slides (e.g., saved in Google Drive, emailed to yourself). This will provide back-up in case something goes wrong.
